Process
A clear process, from first conversation to final handover.
No ambiguity about what happens next, what it costs, or what you will receive. Four stages with fixed fees and documentation you own at the end, written to be maintained by your internal team or any future IT provider.
01
Discovery call
›
A 30-minute call at no charge. I ask where it hurts, you tell me what you have tried and what has not worked. No sales pitch, no slide deck. I will give you an honest assessment of whether your situation is something I can solve and what that would look like. If I am not the right fit, I will say so and point you toward someone who is. You will know within 30 minutes whether this engagement makes sense and what the next step costs.

02
Tenant audit
›
Read-only access to your tenant. I run a full audit covering security posture, identity and Conditional Access configuration, license utilization by user, mail flow and DNS health, and admin role assignments. You receive a findings document in plain English covering what is working, what is broken, and what is at risk. Every item is prioritized by business impact, not technical complexity. This document is yours to keep regardless of whether you engage further.

Scoped plan
›
Based on the audit findings, you receive a written scope document with line-item fixed prices. Every item has an effort estimate, a clear description of what will be done, and a fixed cost. You decide what moves forward and what can wait. Nothing proceeds without your written approval. No open-ended billing, no scope creep, no invoices for work you did not explicitly approve.

Execution and handover
›
I do the work against the agreed scope. You receive a weekly status note and a live change log throughout. All configuration is documented and stored in your SharePoint or a repository you own. A final handover call walks your team through what changed, why, and how to maintain it. Nothing lives in my systems when the project closes. Your environment is fully documented and your team can maintain it without coming back to me.
